Former Creed front man Scott Stapp has reportedly been placed on a psychiatric hold just two weeks prior to a video he has posted online on his Facebook page, where he explained that he is going through a financial difficulty last November 26.
According to media outlets, the Creed singer was allegedly detained for 72 hours for psychiatric evaluation in Florida last November 13, Thursday. Reports claimed that the former rocker was found by local police officers wandering at the side of a road.

The 41-year old front man was allegedly incoherent when the authorities found him. Based on reports that the media has obtained from the Madison County Sheriff's Department, Stapp was also angrily babbling about someone who was trying to poison him.
Furthermore, it has been revealed that his wife, Jaclyn, has filed for divorce from the singer last October after being married for eight years. Stapps' fomer wife has produced legal documents which claimed that the Creed singer is paranoid, delusional and had suicidal tendencies which urged her to decide to file for emancipation from him.
In addition, Jaclyn claimed that Stapp is broke and that he has been spending all his money to buy drugs.
Jaclyn and Stapp are said to have two children together and that he has another child from a previous marriage.
On the other hand, on previous reports, Stapp has uploaded a video of himself, explaining that he is being attacked unjustly. In the clip he explained that he has done an audit on his previous company and financial accounts and found out that a lot of money has been 'stolen' from him.
Furthermore, he claimed that the IRS has frozen his accounts and has left him penniless and homeless. In the two-minute video clip, he has also revealed that he is currently living at a Holiday Inn branch, insisting that he is sober and safe, but is in need of an attorney who can help him with his issues.
