Fasten your seatbelts 'coz you'll be laughing out loud watching E!'s Fashion Police now that comic genius Kathy Griffin is slated to join the hit talk show, E! News's website confirmed.

The Emmy and Grammy winning comedienne is set to join Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osbourne and another new panelist-celebrity stylist and TV personality Brad Goreski (of It's a Brad Brad World fame) in the TV show.

Fashion Police has been off-air after long-time panelist Joan Rivers died Sept. 4.

It will air 17 new episodes starting Monday, January 12, 2015.

Jeff Olde, EVP for E!s programming and development is confident that Kathy's exciting personality will do so much to adding life to the show.

"Not only was Joan a trailblazer, she was also a dear friend and mentor to Kathy, who will no doubt continue her legacy and do the series justice by bringing her own unique comedic style and tell-it-like-it-is personality to the host chair," he said.

He continued on saying that Brad's addition to the show-not to mention his fashion expertise-will definitely make the show even more interesting.

"Plus, the addition of trendsetting stylist Brad completes the panel as the show begins its next chapter, which will focus on covering the major award shows and fashion events throughout the year," he said.

The show's executive producer and Joan Rivers' daughter, Melissa, can't wait to see how the show's two new panelists will inject more fun and excitement on the show.

"Kathy just feels right, and Brad brings a fun, new voice to join Giuliana and Kelly in this ensemble," she said.

"I'm excited to see where this panel takes this series my mother so adored in this next incarnation."

Kathy Griffin, meanwhile, did not hide her excitement after learning that she's going to join Fashion Police.

"I get it! These are some big shoes I'm going to fill. Joan was truly one of a kind.  Now I hope you will accept me for me.  I'm just Kathy.  Did I say I'm just Kathy?  I meant I'm Kathy F***ing Griffin and you celebrities better strap yourself in, as I am taking no prisoners.  I am not holding back so DAMMIT let's have some fun!," she said.
