Actress Scarlett Johansson is said to have gotten hitch in secret to her fiancé, 31-year old French journalist Romain Dauriac after giving birth to their daughter Rose last September.

''Scarlett and Romain were married in a very intimate ceremony after the birth of their daughter. They kept the wedding a big secret because they both wanted privacy," a source close to the couple shared with PageSix.

The couple has yet to confirm the news, but the pair reportedly decided to get married in a private ceremony in the United States instead of tying the knot in his native Paris.

Johansson and Dauriac got engaged last year.

After Dauriac popped the question, the actress shared that they weren't in a rush to set a wedding date because they wanted to enjoy being engaged first.

Before news came out regarding the supposed wedding, the 30-year old "Avengers" star sparked rumors that she had said "I do" for the second time after she was seen wearing a gold ring on her wedding finger.

Aside from the reported wedding ring, the "Lucy" actress was also said to have been overheard telling one of her friends during a June dinner party that she and Dauriac were planning to marry "very soon".

Johansson met Dauriac through their mutual friend, tattoo artist Fuzi Uvtpk, and was said to have been drawn to the journalist because of his love of art.

The actress was once quoted as saying "I like people that have a colorful way of looking at things, that are inspiring and like art, music, film."

Johansson, who shared in the past that she was rather indifferent to the notion of marriage, was previously married to actor Ryan Reynolds. Reynolds is currently married to "Gossip Girl" actress Blake Lively, who is also pregnant with their first child.
