Wu Yi Fan, otherwise known as Kris Wu, one of the Chinese members of the South Korean boy band EXO, will reportedly be attending a second mediation with SM Entertainment, his former managing company, following his lawsuit last May.
Last May 15, it has been reported that the Canadian-Chinese singer-actor Kris Wu has filed a lawsuit against said South Korean entertainment agency in order to nullify his contract which he deemed bilaterally beneficial to the company.

In his lawsuit, he also allegedly claimed that the band's managing company did not give him the proper rights in order for him to build his career as an artist.
In July, two months after withdrawing from EXO, Wu is said to have attended the first mediation with the representatives of SM Entertainment, but was only represented by his lawyer, who is from the same law firm which handled the case of Super Junior's former member Han Geng.
Said session reportedly did not result to any resolution. Due to this, the Seoul Central District Court, according to media outlets, has ordered for a second mediation schedule between the singer and the talent outfit. The mediation is said to be scheduled on December 5.
Media reports say that the second mediation was scheduled by the court in order to give the 'Somewhere Only We Know' star and SM Entertainment an opportunity to settle matters and come to an agreement on their case before resorting to legal means.
As for his career, the 24-year old former idol is still busy with promotional activities for his upcoming film, 'Somewhere Only We Know', where he was cast as one of the lead characters.
On the other hand, Lu Han, another Chinese member of the band who followed after Wu's footsteps last October, is also scheduled to attend his first mediation session with SM Entertainment.
