A 55-year-old woman is suing Bill Cosby for allegedly sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15 years old, TMZ reports.
This is the first time that Cosby has been slapped by a lawsuit after a barrage of accusations surfaced accusing him of grave sexual misconduct. Until now, no accuser had pressed charges against the comedian because the statute of limitations on the crimes has been exceeded.

According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Judy Huth stated that she and a 16-year-old friend met the comedian a park in San Marino. Huth further claimed that the alleged assault happened later when the comedian offered them alcohol, and asked to join him for billiards. She recalled that each time Cosby won, he would require them to drink a beer.
Huth further claimed in the statement against Cosby then took them to the Playboy Mansion, telling them to say they were 19 years old if anyone asked.
Huth claimed that she went to a bedroom with Cosby. And that's where the molestation happened. In the suit, it was stated that he "sexually molest[ed] her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."
The incident, the suit claimed, left Huth emotionally and psychologically distressed. Huth said she waited so long to come out about the incident because she was so "mentally scarred." It was only recently that she had the courage to get back to the psychological issues involving the incident.
As always, Cosby remained silent against the accusation. Cosby's lawyer, Martin D. Singer, issued a statement, calling the rape claims as "unsubstantiated, fantastical stories" and that lawsuits "are filed against people in the public eye every day."
California law provides that individuals accused of rape involving minor victims can be charged criminally only if the crimes occurred in 1988 or later.
