Bill Cosby has sued one of his alleged rape victims Judy Huth, who has filed a case against the comedian claiming that he assaulted her when she was just 15 years old in 1974.

Huth claimed the molestation happened in the Playboy Mansion and that it was only recently that she realized that she endured psychological damage from the alleged assault. If proven true, Huth's lawsuit would be exempted from the statute of limitations.

Cosby, meanwhile, has countersued Huth, demanding that she pay him $33,000 for false accusations against him. In court documents, Huth allegedly tried to extort money from Cosby through his lawyer, Marc S Strecker, who asked for $100,000 but later upped the figure to $250,000..

"Through her lawyer, Plaintiff made extortionate claims to Mr. Cosby (through his counsel) about criminal penalties, coupled with ever-increasing demands for a six-figure payday to keep quiet about her long-since-expired claims," the documents said.

The statement also said that there's no way that Cosby would invite Huth for a drink since the comedian himself is a teetotaler. Two days after Cosby rejected her demands, Huth filed a lawsuit.

However, Cosby countered that Huth attempted to sell her story 10 years ago, although no publication picked it up. Cosby's lawyer says she does not have any evidence to back her claim of newly remembered impact of the rape, especially a certification from a psychologist.

Huth is the first person to step up to accuse the comedian of rape as a teenager.
