Masten revealed that Cosby sexually assaulted her in 1979 while working as a Bunny manager at the Playboy Club in Chicago.
The former Bunny narrated that the 77-year-old comedian lured her to his hotel room in Chicago and promised her they would dine out together.
Upon entering his room, she saw Cosby with his male friends, smoking cigars. He offered her a glass of Grand Marnier on the rocks, she said.
Masten then lost her consciousness and said, she did not "remember anything after I drank it."
"The next thing I knew it was 4 o'clock in the morning and I woke up naked with this disgusting man next to me," she continued.
Cosby is said to have also assaulted many other bunnies.
"There are a dozen former bunnies that I know of with similar stories, but they're afraid to come forward,"Masten said.
After the incident, 64-year-old Masten said she got out of bed, found her clothes in a pile, dressed and rode a taxi home.
Cosby is the second celebrity who Masten accused of sexual assault.
In 1997, she also accused sportscaster Marv Albert of biting her and trying to force her into oral sex at his hotel in Dallas in 1994.
Masten managed to escape after pulling the media man's toupée.
Albert pleaded guilty to assault and battery the day after her testimony, but Albert insisted that Masten only fabricated the story.
Masten also believes that Playboy dad Hugh Hefner knew everything about Cosby's alleged sexual assaults.
The former bunny was adamant in her belief that Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner did not know about Cosby's alleged attacks.
A spokesperson announced the media mogul's statement:
"Bill Cosby has been a good friend for many years and the mere thought of these allegations is truly saddening. I would never tolerate this kind of behavior, regardless of who was involved."
