Last Saturday, pop singer Justin Bieber debuted his platinum blonde locks while he grabbed lunch with his mom Pattie Mallette in Beverly Hills. However, his new color was only peeking through a beanie then.

He took to social media to post a photo with his mom.

On Sunday, the 20-year old singer showed off his new hair to fans while at West Coast Customs in Burbank.

Donning a long black-and-gray shirt and black leather pants, he greeted his fans with his bright blonde hair in full display. He accessorized his look with a gold chain necklace and a black cap he wore backwards.

Many fans went to the custom shop as the singer posted an invitation on his Instagram account, asking his followers to join him.

The singer took time to greet, talk and take photos with his adoring fans. His good friend, 15-year old singer Madison Beer was also present in the said event, and was photographed giving Bieber a big hug.

This isn't the first time the singer has gone this light-locked.

He shared a photo of himself two years ago, captioning it "Wow why did I think I was eminem and bleach my hair blonde."

Hair color isn't the only big change for the singer this week. Bieber is also reportedly moving into a new Beverly Hills bachelor pad.

Having finished moving on Monday, the Biebs is said to be settling well in his massive 6,537-square feet pad located in the hills on Loma Linda Drive.

Recently, Bieber has said to be wanting to rekindle his relationship with God, and to renew his life as a Christian.

Wanting to be off drugs and alcohol, as well as staying away from friends who could push him to revert back to his old ways, Bieber was photographed studying the bible and spending two weeks in a Palms Spring Jesus Camp.
