One funeral will be held for his family and another one for his fans.

Fans would forever remember him for his role as the cute and chub Pugsley, son of Gomez and Morticia Addams, in the TV series The Addams Family, which went on air from 1964 until 1966.

After the original series ended, he lent his voice to the character in the animated series of the same name, which aired from 1973 until 1975.

He came back on TV to portray Pusley, Sr. in the 1977 made-for-TV movie, Halloween With The New Addams Family.

He was a regular fixture in different Addams Family fan days and reunions.

After the original series ended, Weatherwax decided to go back to school. However, the harrowing experience of bullying and a series of expulsions led him to enlist with the US army when he was 17.

Later on, he took odd jobs, working as a set builder and as a studio grip.

Acting runs in the veins of Weatherwax's family. His aunt was the late musical actress Ruby Keeler, best remembered for her role in 42nd Street (1933) and for her acclaimed Broadway performance in No, No, Nanette (1972). His older brother, 70-year-old Donald Keeler, was remembered as Porky in the TV series Lassie.

Weathermax was predeceased by Carolyn Jones (Morticia Adams), who died of colon cancer in 1983.

John Astin, 84, who played Gomez; Lisa Loring, 56, who portrayed Wednesday; and Felix Silla, 77, who played the role of Cousin Itt, were the remaining casts of the TV series.
