James Franco is known for his good acting skills and became famous for his roles in his past movies. He is also known for his funny antics that captured the hearts of his fans. Now, Franco is part of the "Saturday Night Live" best host poll and the question is how far can he go?
Franco's comedy act may not be that funny, but he is bold and willing to do anything a sketch asks him to do, which makes him perfect as a "Saturday Night Live" host.

Franco was all out in doing sketches like playing Christopher Walken's Captain Hook, Luke Skywalker, a frustrated bridge troll and a furious mayoral runner up. Franco joined the Mr. Saturday Night contest, which went open when Chris Pratt was eliminated.
In the recent poll, actress Cameron Diaz was leading with 31.51 percent of votes for her recent hosting stint.
Also on last week's vote, Woody Harrelson followed Diaz with 24.8, Bill Hader had 23.96 percent, Jim Carrey had 12.02 percent, and Christ Pratt had 7.70 percent of the votes.
The voting is based on who you think is the most memorable host, who you want to be back to do hosting again, who has the most hilarious episode, and who you think made your mom, sister or a friend still giggling until Monday morning. It entails voting for someone who you think brought something special to the show.
Pratt, Chris Rock and Sarah Silverman were both voted off. For those who are still in the poll, the one who was least voted off and the remaining four will advance to compete against Martin Freeman on Dec. 13. The new Mr and Mrs Saturday Night will be named in May next year.
