Los Angeles Lakers superstar, Kobe Bryant, recently returned to practice for the first time this month. However, it was not a particularly welcome and heart warming return as he called his teammates "soft" in a heated 5-on-5 scrimmage between starts and reserves.
Bryant and teammate Nick Young were already trading words of anger when the practice was opened to the media.

"The Black Mamba" was criticising Young's defense, saying that Young was going exactly where he wanted him to go. He then turned his attention to the team's dismal performance that netted them their terrible record.
"You m-----f------ are soft like Charmin in this m-----f-----. God damn, is this the type of s--- that's going on in these practices?" Bryant ranted. "Now I see why we've lost 20 f---ing games. We're soft like Charmin. We're soft like s---."
He was also on Jeremy Lin's course, daring him to shoot the ball whenever he had the ball. After Lin missed a pull-up jumper, Bryant released another expletive-laden comment aimed at Lin.
At the press conference, Bryant passed Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak and said that practice was supposed to help him get better, but his team was not doing anything for him.
Bryant revealed that that specific practice session was not different from any other sessions, except for the fact that the media got a glimpse of him trying to motivate the younger guys on his team. He says he was just being himself and that it was good for Young, as he had an opportunity to see some tricks and techniques up close.
While Bryant should be practicing more, at 36 years old, his body cannot take it anymore and he picks his spots now.
Scott smiled when he was asked about Bryant returning to practice, saying that any time he is there, it is an intense practice session. Bryant brings out the best in the team players, Scott said.
As for Bryant, that heated practice session was nothing new. He recounts that when he was young, he used to practice like that every day.
