Turn left at the corner of the ICBC Bank building, walk down along the Wyndham Street, and then up to some slopes, a broader and quiet street is right in front of you, Wellington Street. The street is named after the Duke of Wellington, who defeated the French army and made great contributions during the Battle of Waterloo. The south part of Wellington is the entertainment heaven consisting of Lan Kwai Fong, Mr. Lian Restaurant, Cui Hua Restaurant and many other well-known cuisine places. In contrast, the east part of Wellington does not seem to belong to the so-call finance center, Central.

After noon, the sun is shining, and the street stretch out looks like a woman. The stores are already open, yet the busy hours; when you pass by, the owners or the staff would chat with you, like an old friend.

No. 97 of Wellington is a fruit juice café, the owner is Jinrong Li. He wears a black and white uniform, with the outstanding dark blue bowtie. The most interesting is that he calls his customs "baby". "About 70% of the customs are my friends. They like to talk to me and come every day; if I am not here, they won't show up."  At two pm, more and more people are coming to the store and gathering. Mr. Li says hi to a custom in Korean; a group of French businessmen come and order some food, and Mr.Li chat with them in fluent French. When you ask how come he is muhilingual, Li smils and replies, "Life is tough; you have to advance yourself continuously to do the business, especially in the Central. For the foreigners, when you talk to them in their local language, they remember you and would come back next time. "

Li's mother is next to his store, selling fruits; his grandmother is located in neighboring street, and selling vegetables; their work places are within only ten meters. "I used to work at the office, and dislike the complex relationships of the place. I live with my family, but rarely talk to them." A couple years earlier, Li quitted his job and open this juice café, working with his family.

As the boss, Li works like other staffs, including delivery, servicing the dish, squeezing the juice, and tries to everything he can.

It comes to 5 pm, the Korean came back the third to the store, and ordered an fresh squeeze mango juice; Li's grandmother is chatting with another neighbor of the humid days; a just-married couple are taking pictures in front of the police station. Everything is moving smoothly, naturally as usual.
