V. Stiviano, Donald Sterling's former archivist, was attacked by two men outside a Manhattan hotel late Sunday evening.
According to the 31-year-old's attorney, two Caucasian men assaulted Stiviano as she was leaving the Gansevoort Hotel in NYC. The men began to hit her in the face while screaming explitives and referring to Stiviano by the 'n-word'.

They punched her several times, leaving the right side of her face swollen and red, Stiviano's attorney stated.
The former model fled the scene as onlookers attempted to detain the two men.
Although she didn't immediately file a police report, her attorney stated that she would most likely do so first thing Monday and cited that her immediate reaction at the time was to flee and find safety.
Stiviano, who was alleged to be L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling's mistress, was in New York for an Anderson Cooper 360 appearance slated for Monday.
Ms. Stiviano is closely tied to the Donald Sterling scandal as she is the one who secretly recorded a phone conversation in which the 80-year-old billionaire was heard making racist comments.
The release of the tape led to Sterling losing ownership of the Clippers, being banned from the NBA for life, and being leveled with a $2.5 million fine.
However, as of Friday Sterling made it clear he wasn't going down without a fight and filed a $1 billion lawsuit against the sports organization.
Unidentified sources told Radar that after the tape went public Stiviano immediately began receiving death threats.
This shocking attack is the latest in a series of race-fueled altercations and revelations in past weeks.
Most recently, two tapes of Stiviano making derogatory comments towards African-Americans were made public.
Stiviano is of Mexican and African-American descent but she is heard in the videos stating that she doesn't like black people and berating African-Americans for their supposed inability to use money wisely.
