Pop singer Miley Cyrus' house has reportedly been robbed again while she was away, with some personal items found to be missing from her Los Angeles home over the weekend.

According to a TMZ report cited by Daily Mail, police are now investigating the incident. Cyrus' assistant alerted the authorities on Saturday after noticing that some personal items inside the singer's Studio City mansion have been moved from their original places.

A source said there was no sign of forced entry and the police are now browsing through the 'Wrecking Ball' singer's CCTV recordings to confirm if a burglary had indeed occurred. A fingerprint unit is also scheduled to work on the property to gather clues on the break-in.

Los Angeles police have mentioned that a man and a woman climbed Miley's fence and broke into her house and garage while she was away. An unconfirmed amount of jewelry and a 2014 Maserati luxury car were stolen, according to Time Magazine.

In November 2013, Miley's home had also been broken into during the weekend of her 21^st birthday. A vintage Chanel purse, which the singer used when she was photographed smoking a roll-up cigar at the 2013 European Music Awards, was taken from her house that time.

According to some sources, Miley was "shaken up" after her personal belongings were stolen in broad daylight. In 2012, a man carrying a pair of scissors had forced his way into the pop star's home while she was also away. Luckily, her employees were able to call the cops right away and the man had been arrested.

This year has been quite tough for Miley. In April, she had tragically lost her dog Floyd and had openly cried onstage while singing to an inflatable dog that looked like her lost pet.

In the same month, Cyrus had called off two of her shows after being hospitalized for having severe allergic response to antibiotics.
