Cosby accuser Barbara Bowman released an exclusive statement to Access Hollywood with regards to the statement made by Cosby's wife, Camille.

"I can't imagine the torment, anguish and deep disappointment Camille Cosby must be experiencing now," Bowman issued in a statement.

Bowman believes that Camille is show "shedding tears for her family and for other families," while she tries to accept the scathing reality of what her husband has done."

"Bill Cosby is not the man I thought I knew," Bowman remarked.

Cosby's wife, Camille finally stepped up to support her embattled husband.

In a statement released Monday by Cosby spokesman David Brokaw, Camille maintained that the Cosby they are accusing is "a man I do not know,"  that "he is a kind man, a generous man, a funny man, and a wonderful husband, father and friend. He is the man you thought you knew."

She also slammed the media for being quick to judge her husband.

"Many in the media were quick to link that story to stories about my husband," she said.

Bowman was the first of the long list of Cosby accusers to slam the comedian with sexual assault claim.

She revealed the expose in an interview with The Daily Mail in November.

"I was drugged and raped by that man," she told Mail Online.

He called Cosby a "monster" and called upon "others who have experienced sexual abuse will not be intimidated into silence by the famous, rich and powerful. If I can help one victim, then I've done my job."

She also wrote in a Washington Post op-ed that Cosby "brainwashed me into viewing him as a father figure, and then assaulted me multiple times."
