Cecilia Cheung, the ex-wife of actor and musician Nicholas Tse, explained her reasons for living in Singapore in an interview with Hong Kong's DBC Radio. Cheng said that one of the reasons is that would be easier for Nicholas Tse to see their two sons.

In the interview, Cheung talked about the interesting stories between her sons and herself. When Lucas Tse, her eldest son, was learning ice-skating, he would always cry when he fell down, kept sitting on the floor and would not try again. Cheung pretended to fall down and stood up again to encourage Lucas, telling him mom would start again when she fails.

Cheung also revealed her future work plans including participating in a reality TV show in mainland China, and playing roles in two films. She felt stressful because she will perform martial arts in the two films.

Cheung explained her reasons to choose Singapore to live. Besides the friendly Singapore people there, and the short distance between Singapore and Hong Kong, which would be convenient for Cheung to work, she said it would be also convenient for Tse to see their two sons.

Cheung also shared her personalities in the interview. She believed that she is a person who can cry very easily and can be touched very easily as well. If a taxi driver greets her a little bit more when she was taking a taxi, she would like to grasp the driver's hands and cry. If she goes to the food market for shopping and the seller gives her a couple more green onions, she will feel very thankful.

In the interview, Cheung specially thanked the people who had ever hurt her and said that those people would make her rethink profoundly what she has done.
