State police in Maine charged a man on Sunday with killing his girlfriend and her two children after the discovery of their bodies the day before in Garland, Penobscot County.
Keith Coleman, 27, is accused of killing his girlfriend Christina Sargent, 36, and her two children, 10-year-old Duwayne Coke, and 8-year-old Destiny Sargent, whose bodies were found Saturday at around 10 p.m. in a mobile home they shared after worried relatives called sheriff's deputies.

Police had announced Sunday morning their search for Coleman as a person of interest, who was then believed to be driving a 2006 Dodge Caravan, according to a report by Maine's Bangor Daily News.
Through a tip, Coleman was found Sunday afternoon at a friend's apartment in Bucksport and taken in custody as he got into the minivan.
In a news release, authorities said the bodies were taken to the state medical examiner's office for autopsy but did not say anything about how they think the family was killed or what Coleman's motive was.
Arraignment is expected on Monday or Tuesday, state police said.
