Taiwanese actress Ariel Lin and her fiancé Charles Lin were married in Taipei's Ambassador Hotel in Taiwan on Christmas Eve.
Even though the wedding was not opened to media and was announced before that there would not be any other artists, the environment of the wedding was disclosed by relatives and friends. Besides the sweet photos of the bride and the groom on walls, the main table in red was bursting with joy and happiness.

Ariel and Charles went to Charles' hometown to worship ancestors. Before Ariel left her home, she threw a fan from a car window, a Han tradition symbolizing that she lost the bad habits and manners developed from her parents' home. During this Chinese traditional marry process, Ariel and Charles asked security to hold umbrellas to avoid media's photo shooting because the couple would like to maintain a low profile. The site showed a scene of chaos, but fortunately no one was injured.
Although the wedding dinner at night was not opened to media, pictures of the event were posted on social media. The catchiest must be the picture of Ariel wearing a white wedding dress while she hugged the topless Charles on the water. The water picture is aesthetic and romantic.
Ariel's agent Meiyu Chou told the media that the guests at the wedding dinner were mainly relatives on the groom's side. "Media took so many pictures at the engagement party already. Thank you very much for your concern." Said Chou.
Chou revealed that the newlywed would not sleep over at the hotel but she did not tell where Ariel will stay for the first night after married.
After the wedding, Ariel will work on a new movie at the end of December. Her husband Charles also will not stay long in Taiwan. Chou said, "He must go back to the U.S. to work!"
Previously, Ariel said she would like to travel to the South Pole for her honeymoon. However, travel agency only has the trip once a year; she could not arrange her schedule for new movie and said, "Just wait for one more year!"
