They're not into anything romantic. Or so he claims. But Justin Bieber had flown back into New York City from Canada, straight to dinner with Hailey Baldwin.
Both clad in matching all-black outfit, the pair met for dinner at Manhattan's Mr. Chou, and were caught on camera as they strolled out of the Chinese restaurant on to the streets, sporting a sheepish smile as though they've been caught off guard in an expected sort of way.

Bieber had just come from a Christmas visit with family in Canada, where he had recently posted photos of himself and his younger brother playing beer pong with friends.
Earlier, he had posted a photo on Instagram proudly showing off the interior of a luxury private jet that he bought as Christmas gift for himself.
"New jet for Christmas, and she's beautiful," the 20-year old star posted, adding, "Merry Christmas, she's a beauty."
There's no telling if the idea of a private jet was inspired by the desire to be by someone's side in an instant.
But the fact that Bieber couldn't seem to wait a few hours before seeing 18-year-old Hailey, a model and daughter to Stephen Baldwin, was quite telling in itself.
Bieber and Baldwin were frequently seen spending time together in recent weeks, fueling rumors of a budding romance.
Note, however, that there is no romance; he was quick to point that out online two weeks ago.
"People are crazy. I'm super single and this is my good friend u would know otherwise," he posted.
