Spears' two sons, nine-year-old Sean and eight-year-old Jayden, were her children with his previous husband, singer Kevin Federline.
The four celebrated Christmas in their Los Angeles home. Spears even posted on Instagram a "family portrait" of in their matching pajamas with a Christmas tree as their background.
''Wishing everyone a happy and healthy Christmas!'' the caption said.
Spears and Ebersol have been a couple since Spears broke up with her ex boy friend Dave Lucado in September.
It was even talked that the 31-year-old producer might propose to the 33-year-old singer.
After all, Britney's father, Jamie Spears', supports her daughter's relationship with Ebersol.
"Jamie thought he was a really good guy," a source for Expose revealed.
However, Charlie's mom seems to oppose the two's relationship.
68-year-old Susan St. James believed Britney is not just fit for her son.
The source added: ''[Charlie's father Dick Ebersol] thinks it's great to see his son happy [but Susan] just doesn't think that Britney is the right choice.''
