Khloe Kardashian's divorce case from husband Lamar Odom might get dumped by course if Lamar fails to respond to Khloe's petition.
Laura Wasser, Khloe's divorce attorney, already urged her client ask the court to declare default judgment on the case.
"With Lamar failing to respond, Khloe is well within her legal rights to go forward without him," a source told Radar.

But despite all the heart breaks and misgivings on Lamar's part, Khloe still actually has hesitations to push through the divorce.
"If nothing is done, in the next 45 days, it will be dismissed by the judge," the source continued.
Once the court dismisses the divorce, it would have to be filed once again and the process would start back at one. That would still keep their marriage legal.
Khloe is still obviously in love with Lamar and she is still hoping to save her marriage.
"If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar. Even right now today I wish I was still married to him," Khloe quipped in her reality TV, Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons
Last Christmas, Khloe also posted a rather nostalgic message on Instagram. I'll never let go of the memories," the message said, a hint that Khloe was still hoping that she and Lamar would still have the chance to get back together.
