LG has had a successful year, especially with the launch of its impressive line of OLED TVs.
This particular technology has earned the South Korean company much respect, with OLED now regarded as the future of television.
LG is coming out with at least two new models sometime next year, both of which are equipped with the Ultra High Definition (UHD) OLED technology, said HD TV Test. One of the models is expected to be a flat screen variant.

Extreme Tech describes OLED as a combination of everything we like and love about TVs. These include the impressive viewing angle and blacks of the plasma TV and the color vividness in the LCD TV. OLED TVs are extremely slim and lightweight.
OLED technology is also responsible for creating curved TV screens.
The "Art Slim" feature of the newest LG televisions also allows for "self-lighting pixels" to be packed into a very aesthetically impressive device that produces exceptional images but is slim and sexy, too.
Another great thing we can expect in the new LG OLED TVs is the "smart" feature. Like the older versions, these TVs will also be boosted by the WebOS, an operating system that ensures on-demand shows that are problem-free. This feature also makes the sets easier to handle and work with.
