Neway heir Daniel Sit reportedly tries to win back former flame, Hong Kong actress Fala Chen's affection by purchasing a multi-million dollar luxury apartment for her.

Previously, Hong Kong media outlets have reported that Sit had been trying to get back together with Chen. However, despite his efforts, the actress allegedly did not have any intention to rekindle her relationship with the heir.

Sit's hope doesn't seem to have been doused, since media reports say that he has recently spent an estimated amount of $109 HKD for an apartment he purchased and later renovated. Said property is allegedly 15,000 square feet with four levels. As for the extensive renovation done on the apartment, Sit reportedly spent around $500 million HKD.

Media outlets claim that the heir to Neway bought the property in hopes to win the actress' affection. Furthermore, according to insider sources, Sit is trying to prove to Chen that he is capable of supporting the luxurious life that the actress wants.

The claims made by the media comes from another rumor in the past which claims that Chen broke her relationship with Sit due to politics in the latter's family. According to previous reports, Ernie Sit, Daniel's younger brother, manages the family business while his wife, Marie Zhuge, has earned the favor of their parents after giving birth to a son.

Sources claim that Chen has broken up with Sit due to the developing rivalry between her and Zhuge. However, now, in order to prove that he is capable of sustaining a good life for Chen, Sit is said to be doing everything in his power to win her back.

Despite his course of actions, it is speculated that the actress could well be moving on to a different direction, especially so that she has posted a photo of herself on Weibo, showing off a new ring.
