After news broke out about hot Hollywood couple Joe Manganiello and Sofia Vergara getting engaged, the actress' ex-fiance, Nick Loeb, whom she was with for four years speaks up about his ex; and there's obviously no jealousy at all--

 "She is beautiful and majestic and therefore to be loved," Loeb says. "Beyond all else in life she deserves happiness, the kind that only true love can bring."

Loeb and Vergara ended their relationship in May after dating on and off since 2010. Vergara blamed the failed relationship on her busy schedule which basically drew the couple apart.

A couple of months later, the 42 year old Modern Family star was spotted out with the True Blood hunk who plays Alcid in the HBO show. They first met during the White House Correspondents' Dinner, during a time when the famous Colombian actress was still with Loeb. Notably, Manganiello was also quoted in a previous interview saying that his celebrity crush was Vergara.

Reports also add that Manganiello and Vergara spent Christmas Day together simultaneous with the actor's 38^th birthday in Hawaii, where they all spent it with close family and friends.

Sources say that the Magic Mike actor wanted to propose while they were with family on December 25.

The couple are now allegedly celebrating theirrecent  engagement at St. Regis Princeville Resort in Kauai, a luxurious getaway in Hawaii where they intend to celebrate the special occasion before the New Year.
