Singers Chris Martin and Rihanna were spotted getting a bite to eat together on Sunday, sparking rumors about whether or not the two are just friends.
Dressed in a demure long-sleeved black blouse and matching skinny pants, Rihanna caught up with the Coldplay front-man at the Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif.

For his own part, Martin donned a simple t-shirt and jeans for his dinner out with the pop star.
The two arrived separately around 9pm and enjoyed each other's company for close to two hours before leaving via separate exits in order to avoid being photographed together.
In March, Chris Martin and actress wife Gwyneth Paltrow announced that they would be 'consciously uncoupling', or, for us mere mortals, splitting up.
Despite the split, the two have remained on good terms, meeting up recently for a meal in which the they were photographed sitting close together and smiling.
Rihanna is also newly single having split from entertainer Drake earlier this year. Neither side has wanted to detail to the press the motive behind the break-up, but the two have reportedly remained on friendly terms since then.
Although it may seem hard to imagine for some, seeing Rihanna and Martin having dinner together on Sunday sparked more than a few hopeful queries as to whether or not the two celebs will end up romantically involved with one another.
However, after working together in the past, it's also easy to assume that the "Diamonds" singer and Coldplay's leading man are simply good friends.
The two collaborated together on the 2012 track of "Princess of China" for Coldplay's fifth studio album Mylo Xyloto and performed the single together at that year's Grammys.
Perhaps the duo's dinner out simply means that fans can look forward to a second collaboration in the near future?
