According to Harper's Bazaar, Oscar winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow admits having second thoughts if she made the right decision to "consciously uncouple" from Coldplay frontman, Chris Martin.
She has elucidated her relationship with Martin, whom she split in March last year. But Paltrow claims that they are now good friends and all the challenges and difficulties in a relationship have now been resolved.

Paltrow has stated that,"We've made lots of mistakes and we've had good days and bad days, but, I have to say I'm proud of us working through so much stuff together and not blaming and shaming."
And she continued on saying that there were times that it was better if they had stayed married, which was what their children wanted. But their friendship solidified though.
Paltrow and Martin met in 2002 backstage during a Coldplay concert. They married in a private ceremony at a hotel in Southern California and have been married for almost 10 years before they decided to separate.
They have two children together. Apple Blythe Alison, their first born daughter, was born in 2004. Moses Bruce Anthony, the second child, was born in 2006. This also made waves in media since they have given their children unique names.
The couple have used the phrase to "consciously uncouple" when they announce their official separation in Paltrow's website.
The Iron Man leading lady further elucidated by saying that they will continue to "co-parent" their two children.
Both seemed to have moved on though. Paltrow is said to be dating the co-creator of Glee, Brad Falchuk. While Martin was romantically linked to Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence.
