After a recent marriage and an even more recent, highly public spat with his wife, Arrisa Cheo, Vanness Wu now apparently has to deal with divorce rumors.
The couple, who exchanged numerous harsh words to each other on Instagram, prompted speculations of their marriage being in trouble after Singaporean heiress, Cheo posted an angsty caption on the social media network.

"Merry f**kin Christmas," she posted, earning the ire of netizens who pointed out how bad her words reflect on Vanness' religion; to which Cheo replies:
"What you see on the Telly is definitely not real. Don't tell me what I know."
This then prompted Wu to ask his wife to 'control her tongue.'
Following this public spat, the two have since unfollowed each other on Instagram.
After the incident, Wu was spotted at a countdown event for New year's where he was reportedly acting moody and turned away all requests for interviews. Upon returning to Taiwan, Vanness was immediately hounded by reporters who threw questions regarding the state of his marriage being on the rocks, all of which have gone unanswered. Notably, Vanness was still wearing his wedding ring.
According to a source close to the couple, the couple's bluntness prompt the two to clash during an argument. Words thrown can be hurtful and hard to hear, but the two have not reached the tipping point just yet. So regarding those questions of divorce, it appears that the couple just need a little time to cool their hot heads off.
Wu also posted his New Year's resolution on Weibo:
"AND NOW LET US BEGIN THE NEW YEAR FULL OF THINGS THAT HAVE NEVER BEEN..."
Depending on how it is interpreted, it might actually be Wu's roundabout way of reaching out and making peace with his wife.
