The sweetest thing has finally arrived in the life of Cameron Diaz! The actress, who many believed wasn't the marrying type, has finally got married to Good Charlotte crooner Benji Madden Monday, Jan. 5.

The couple exchanged their vows at Cameron's Beverly Hills place before front of close friends and family members Monday evening. Stars emerged to witness the event, including Reese Witherspoon, Gwyneth Paltrow, Samantha Ronson and Robin Antin.

Sparrow, Benji's nephew and son of Joel Madden and Nicole Richie was the couple's bearer.

Cameron's closest girlfriends, Nicole Richie, Drew Barrymore, her sister Chimene and assistant Jesse Lutz were her bridesmaids.

Yifat Oren and Staphenie Cove organized the events, which featured the flowers from The Velvet Garden. The same companies also took charge at Cameron Diaz's wedding in June 2012 to Will Kopelman.

The couple kickstarted the wedding festivities with the rehearsal dinner at the Annie star's Beverly Hills pad Sunday.

Sources to Us Weekly confirmed their engagement.

"Everyone thinks it's wild but are so happy for them," the source revealed.

The two were first seen in public as a couple last May.

"Benji always tends to fall in love easily, but this time it's for real and he landed a great girl. They obviously both make each other incredibly happy and there's nothing better than that," the source continued.

Diaz has had high profile relationships with Justin Timberlake, Matt Dillon, Jared Leto, and Alex Rodriguez.

Madden, meanwhile, was previously engaged to Sophie Monk. He was also rumored to have dated Paris Hilton, Holly Madison, and Eliza Doolittle.
