"The Cosby Show" actress Keshia Knight Pulliam shared with "Access Hollywood Live" that despite all the rape allegations against Bill Cosby, people shouldn't ignore the legacy the comedian has built over the last 50 years.
Pulliam played Cosby's daughter Rudy on the said series.

Although the actress could not comment on what had happened between the iconic comedian and the women accusing him of sexual assault, she shared that she had very good memories of Cosby and that she continues to love him as a father figure to this day.
Although she hasn't talked with Cosby for five years, Pulliam shared that there is no love lost between them.
"I can only speak to the great man that I know and love, who has been so generous, who has been such a philanthropist and giving back millions of dollars to education and schools. And just the man I grew up knowing," the actress added.
Pulliam shared that although a criminal case has yet to be filed against Cosby, the comedian is being deemed guilty by the public. She commented that being in America, this shouldn't be the case, since people should always be assumed innocent unless they're proven guilty.
The actress, who was the first celebrity to be fired from this season's "Celebrity Apprentice", shared that Cosby had served as an inspiration to her. She recalled that he helped her remember her lines when she was little, and that he had even inspired her to finish school and become an entrepreneur.
During her stint on "Celebrity Apprentice", Pulliam refused to call Cosby for aid during a charity event because she thought it would have been "tacky". Although she and her teammates managed to gather enough donors for their event, she was ultimately fired by Donald Trump for not making a call to the comedian.
"It would have been a very good call to make for charity," Trump stated.
The episode was filmed a year before the rape allegations became public.
