Constance Francesca Gabor Hilton, the only daughter of Hilton Hotel patriarch and Hungarian-born American actress and socialite Zsa Zsa Gabor, passed away Monday night in Los Angeles.

She was 67.

The heiress' death was apparently due to "stroke/heart attack," his long-time rep, Edward Lozzi, announced.

His parents were married from 1942 to 1947.

Paramedics rushed to her home after she was found unconscious. She was administered with CPR before she was taken to Cedars-Sinai Hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival. 

Francesca's death came as a surprise. 

Lozzi, who was also shocked by the death of Hilton, recalled that they were still talking over the phone minutes before her death, discussing about the book which she was writing and the possibilities of getting a publishing deal for it. 

Lozzi then said that Hilton had to go to the restroom, but she was never able to return.

Her death also meant an end to an ensuing legal battle against her stepfather, Frederic von Anhalt, over the care of estate of her mom Zsa Zsa Gabor, who is now in a rather fragile state.

Gabor is now suffering from dementia and has already lost her ability to speak.

According to Lozzi, von Anhalt had forbidden Hilton from seeing her mother, defying a court order last December.

Hilton has been seen talking to her lawyer, Ken Kossoff, about plans for possible legal actions against von Anhalt.

Francesca Hilton, born in 1947, has dated actor Peter Sellers.

She also appeared on motion pictures and worked as a professional photographer and as a publicist for celebrities in the 1980s. She was a also a champion at the Tennessee Walking Horse competition and had won the Blue Ribbon award. Paris Hilton was her great niece.
