Apple is making a lot of plans for this year. Some are great, while others are probably not so great.
A key decision facing Apple is the price of its smartwatch, said Mac World. If the company wants to be on the top of this segment, as it is in the smartphone and mobile device department, it needs to make sure the price of its Apple Watch is worthwhile.

Apple will have to display capabilities and functionalities that are even better than that of the options being offered by its major competitors, Microsoft and Android.
Technology Tell said it's highly probable the Apple Watch will be a subject of numerous criticisms, especially when it comes to functionality, usefulness, and practicality. This gadget will have to show proof it's worth the expense, especially since there are cheaper alternatives like those that are powered by the Microsoft Windows and the Google Android operating system.
Another likely move that Apple will make this year is to focus more on its more popular offerings. The iPhone is at the top of the list, followed by the iPad, the various Mac products, and Apple TV.
Technology Tell predicts we won't see a lot of the Mac mini this year. While it may undergo some improvements, huge changes to Mac mini can't be expected any time soon.
