Bill and Melinda Gates, the co-founders of Microsoft, remain married to this day, but in China two female models duped a rich old foolish Chinese man into thinking one of them was the former wife of Gates.
The aim of the two models, 30-year-old Zheng Jiaxin and 31-year-old Chen Xiaoyun - who are best friends and partners in crime - was to get as much money from wealthy businessman Zhang Li, reports China.org.

Despite being rich, Zhang was seeking more connections with the rich and famous to further go up the social ladder. To do that, the recently divorced businessman sought a bride who must be the daughter of a high central government official.
When Zheng learned about it after she was introduced to Zhang in October 2012, she connived with Chen to pretend that her father is a top state official, she has a postgraduate degree from a U.S. university and she just divorced the co-founder of Microsoft.
Using the name Ai Feng, Chen showed him a photo in her mobile phone of herself with a top government official.
For six months, the two women were able to make Zhang spend 9.34 million yuan on them by making him pay for their purchases of timepieces, cellular phones, jewelry, apparel and bags.
He only realized he was being used as a sugar daddy by two models when Zhang learned that the two returned branded clothes he paid to the department store and shared the refund totaling 546,700 yuan.
He had the two arrested in Jinhua City in Zhejiang province on June 18, 2013. After 12 months of trial, the Sanming Municipal Intermediate People's Court convicted the two models of fraud and slapped them 13 years prison term and a penalty of 1 million yuan each.
The two fraudsters appealed the decision. The Fujian Provincial Higher People's Court upheld Zheng's 13-year sentence but reduced Chen's sentence to 11 years and 800,000 yuan fine.
