The anesthesia after her sinus procedure must have made her a little forgetful these days to the point that she failed to thank her husband as she won at the People's Choice Award, but thank God Kaley Cuoco's ex was there to thank him on her stead.

The popular TV star missed Ryan Sweeting during her acceptance speech as she grabbed this year's Favorite Comedic TV Actress at the 2015 People's Choice Awards. Her former beau and co-star Johnny Galecki, however, did that for her.

Shortly after Cuoco went up the stage to accept her award, she then joined her Big Bang Theory costars to claim their trophy for the Favorite TV Show honors.

This time, Galecki (who plays Dr. Leonard Hofstadter on TV) took charge of the speech and took the chance to make up for Cuoco's forgetfulness.

"Hey, just real quick, I'd like to take a brief moment, because Kaley forgot during her speech to thank her husband, Ryan," Galecki was rather awkward when he said but Cuoco still gave him that pat on the back as a way of thanking his ex.

"You are my heart, and I can't imagine what I'd be without you," Galecki poked before thanking their fans for the never ending support that they continue to give to the hit TV show.

Cuoco and Galecki spent two years as secret lovers way back in 2007. It was only until last year that Galecki revealed her romantic past with Cuoco.

Nevertheless, despite their breakup, the two remained "dear friends, still."

"Kaley's not just an ex, she's a part of my life," he revealed  in an interview with CBS Watch! Magazine in 2013.

Galecki was even one of the witnesses when Cuoco exchanged vows with tennis star Ryan Sweeting.

"He was in the front row at my wedding, with a huge smile on his face," Cuoco said in Cosmopolitan magazine in April, saying that Galecki held no grudge at all.
