Singer/songwriter Sia recently released a music video called Elastic Heart that sparked controversy worldwide because it featured a 12-year old Maddie Ziegler dancing with 28-year old Shia Labeouf.

Many who saw the music video said it is indicative of pedophilia. One of those who can't help commenting on the video was Dance Mom's recurring guest star Cathy Nesbit-Stein, who called it "vile".

TMZ quoted Nesbitt-Stein, 55, saying she nearly threw up when she saw the music video. She also said something negative about Maddie's mom, Melissa Gisoni, her fellow Lifetime star. She said she was shocked that Melissa would go that far just so her daughter would become famous.

Nesbit-Stein is not the only one upset about the video. Many of the songwriter's fans were also offended to the point that Sia had to make a public apology saying she didn't mean it to be inappropriate.

She thinks, however, that Maddie and Shia are the only two actors who could play the two warring roles of herself on the video.

The music video now has 15 million hits on YouTube. It shows Maddie on a skin-colored leotard and platinum blonde wig that she also wore on Sia's other video called Chandelier. This time for Elastic Heart, she is partnered with Shia Labeouf who is wearing a pair of skin-colored shorts.

The two were doing an interpretative dance inside a huge metal cage in the video. The whole act seemed very suggestive to the viewers, hence the 'pedophile' controversy.
