Toyota's new concept car with a customizable LED light hood.
Toyota recently unveiled two concept cars taht will allow prospective owners the chance to customize the hood.
The concept cars are part of the company's Camatte family of cars that Toyota introduced last year at the International Tokyo Toy show last year.
Camatte57s and Camatte57s Sport come with a customizable hood thanks to the almost 7,000 LED lights that can be styled. Unlike the panel swapping method used on Toyota's 2012 Camette car model, the new concept cars can be conveniently customized that give ownders a free hand in the design. It will be more hassle-free to use.

However, many believe that there is a downside to Toyota's concept cars. Even if they make it to mass production and is commercialized, critics say the of maintaining it would be expensive for customers because it will consume a lot of power for keeping the hood lit.
Ahead of the Toyota Motor Show, the company also unveiled experimental Fun- Vii car, in which Vii stands for- Vehicle, Interactive, and Internet. This concept car is very much akin to the technology used in the smart phones of today's era.
The Fun Vii is designed chiefly for presentation purposes, and works like a typical computer device. It will be able to greet its driver and will allow internet connectivity with minute gestures such as tapping on the panel door, etc.
"We thought it would be fun to put a smartphone on four wheels. This idea led to the birth of Fun-Vii.
"A car must appeal to our emotions. If it's not fun, it's not a car.", Akio Toyoda, the president of TMC said in a statement.
