That '70s Show actor Topher Grace is getting married to his actress girlfriend Ashley Hinshaw, Us Weekly broke the news.

A source close to the couple can tell that Hinshaw showed off her engagement ring on the red carpet where they were together at the Art of Elysium Heaven Gala in Santa Monica, California, last Saturday. The source further said that Hinsaw seemed to really beam with joy at the event.

"She was totally in shock and so happy," the source said.

The 26-year-old actress, who appeared in True Blood and Agent Carter, was seen wearing a low-cut navy sequin dress accentuated by minimal jewelry plus the diamond sparkler that she wore.

One eye witness who saw the couple at the event told Us Weekly that they were holding each other's hands while gleefully exchanging chitchats with pals.

"Topher's engaged!," one friend shouted out, as retold by the witness.

Another friend, meanwhile, asked Hinshaw if she could show him the ring, telling Grace that Topher made the right choice in choosing the special gift.

Grace's on-screen girlfriend and That '70s Show costar Laura Prepon also attended the gala.

Grace, 36, who was rumored to have dated Ivanka Trump and actress Teresa Palmer, also appeared on movies, notably on Traffic, Win a Date With Tad Hamilton!, Spider-Man 3, and Too Big to Fail.
