One main thing which makes WebMD's Health Target program stand out from other similar health monitoring apps in the market is its informative nature. Unlike most of the health tracking apps which only provide info such as the number of steps you have taken, or the distance you have covered on foot, Health Target actually explains this data to you.

With additional closure provided by WebMD's program the users will be able to get better insight into it. The program also provides personalized info and suggestions for better health. For instance, if a user is not getting enough exercise, or enough sleep, then the program will alert the user. Along with the alerts the program will also explain how less exercise or sleep can affect your health.

Healthy Target was originally designed for people suffering from chronic diseases such as obesity or diabetes. However, it can be reality used by any kind of person who wants to improve his health. While a user is allowed to manually input health data, such as blood sugar, or steps taken, into the app, the user can also sync it with health monitoring devices too.
