This Monday Microsoft released the latest version of the infamous IE browser. The new version is a result of improvements, which are basically the features already brought forth by other popular browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, and Opera.
The new product is basically channel version of Internet Explorer. And while the releases for developers by the channel aren't quite stable, they still allow Web programmers to test latest technologies. Also, the developers will be able to get feedback prior to their release in public.

"Today we're excited to announce the release of the Internet Explorer Developer Channel, a fully functioning browser designed to give Web developers and early adopters a sneak peek at the Web platform features we're working on," Microsoft stated in a blog post.
Microsoft has been lagging away among other popular browser since a long time. However, since the release of IE9 they have been constantly upgrading the browser and improving the overall experience. The latest version IE10 has way better web standards and features than its former editions.
To use the developer version of IE, the developer has to have installed either Windows 7.1 SP1 or Windows 8.1. Also the system must have the latest IE i.e. IE11 installed in it. The company stated that both the developer version and the general user version of the browser can be used simultaneously without any risk of data overwriting.
Hopes are high at Microsoft that the developer-channel version will bring more transparency to it. However, the actual results will be seen with the passage of time.
