For Matthew Perry, also known as Chandler Bing in the famous TV show Friends, he still remains amazed at the show's success, even though it already ended several years ago. "I didn't envision living past 2000 so I had no idea how big Friends would get. I never really thought about the future and I had no idea I would ever be involved in something as big as Friends and I would never be involved in anything as big as Friends ever again because TV is so different now." The actor said to the group of reporters, who tried to get an interview with him.

"Being on Friends have allowed me to my pick of a lot of TV shows I want to do." Perry further added.

The show became a stepping stone for fame and more projects. After Friends ended, each of the cast moved on to venture different projects to expand their career.

Co-star Jennifer Aniston has become one of the most bankable actresses in Hollywood.  Courtney Cox and Lisa Kudrow starred in another series called "Cougar Town."

Matt Leblanc was given his own spinoff series for his character Joey Tribbiani. While Ross Geller, otherwise known as David Schwimmer, stars as a supporting actor in most TV series such as Curb Your Enthusiasm and 30 Rock.

Though Perry has starred in several shows such as Go On and Mr. Sunshine, which wasn't renewed for a succeeding season, he is still optimistic about his rebooted sitcom titled The Odd Couple.

"I try to choose things that are generally off the beaten path. But the Odd Couple is straight down the line, just an attempt to be funny on a big TV show." Perry said.
