Rebekah's Tumblr video created casting T.Swift's celeb gal-pals in the intro to Friends was picked by the pop icon.
"I was thinking about you today and how you've been there, cheering me on in the most thoughtful and creative ways," the card that Swift sent to Rebekah said.
"I love the video you made of me and my friends and your text posts always crack me up."
After reading the card, Rebekah was surprised with the gifts Taylor sent her, including necklace Taylor used to wear, a check worth $1,989, and a hand-painted art piece bearing Bortniker's name.
Rebekah was left speechless and all she could say was "I have nothing to say!" and "Oh my god!" as she fell into tears.
"I know I've said it so many times already but thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Never in a million years did I ever imagine this happening to me," she later blogged on Tumblr.
