A Mobile Phone Which Comes With Vintage Rotary Dial

It was quite tedious and time-consuming to dial a number in the past, when the telephones used to have rotary dials. We had no choice back then. However, now that Jaromir Sukuba from Slovakia has designed a mobile phone which you have to dial like a retro landline phone, it's hard to imagine what will be the public's response.

Sukuba came up with such a design for a mobile phone to use it as an entry for NXP LPC801 Challenge, which is conducted by a popular semiconductor company NPX. Sadly, experts suggest that while the idea is unique and original, there is very little chance that Sukuba will make it.
Even though one could easily become curious by the phone, the practical drawbacks of the same are quite a lot. For starters, you can't text anyone. Which is quite a bummer, since texting in the present era is as popular as calling. And most importantly, the phone provides no such platform which could be used for installing and running apps.
The search for someone who would actually want to use such kind of retro phone would end in vain. Since, what kind of person would like to actually go through the mundane and frustrating task of dialing a number one digit at a time?
Still, Sukuba is certain to get points for his creativity and originality. Coming up with such kind of thing is huge in itself.
