Comedian and TV host Ellen DeGeneres slammed her critics in the usual humorous way she does-but with definitely a profound impact.

DeGeneres spoke Wednesday on her The Ellen DeGeneres Show, hitting her haters who slammed her with "gay agenda" accusations. In her opening monologue, she took the opportunity to say something against a column published by the Christian Post, hitting the entertainment industry for supporting the gay agenda.

Pastor and writer Larry Tomczak wrote an article titled "Are You Aware of the Avalanche of Gay Programming Assaulting Your Home?"  criticizing DeGeneres for celebrating "her lesbianism and 'marriage' in between appearances of guests like Taylor Swift to attract young girls."

The host reacted.

"First of all, let's just break this down, I'm not 'married,' I'm married. That's all," DeGeneres, who tied the knot with Portia de Rossi in 2008, said.

"And Larry, I don't even know what it means to celebrate my lesbianism. I mean, I guess I do - it's like that," she continued.

The comedian then taking out a party popper from her blazer, then setting it off before exclaiming "I'm gay!"

DeGeneres also told her audience, albeit in a more somber note, that she has no "agenda" in mind and that she doesn't have plans to "brainwash" anybody. All she was trying to do is to "influence people... to be more kind and compassionate with one another."

She then help up a spinning vortex, then said: "Listen to the sound of my voice. Attention youth of the world: I want you to live your lives being exactly who you are," DeGeneres announced.

"Be true to yourself -- the most important thing is to be true to yourself. The second most important thing is that you wear Ellen underwear and only Ellen underwear."
