HTC plans to unveil a new phone at the Barcelona Mobile World Congress to be held this March, according to Bloomberg.

Various sources claim the new phone will be known as the HTC One (M9), HTC Hima  or Hima Ace.

The M9 will sport a 20 MP rear camera and an UltraPixel camera at the front. The UltraPixel has larger but fewer pixels to get better pictures even in low light.  Others sources, however, claim HTC is set to abandon the UltraPixel but these claims have yet to be substantiated.

The rumored new phone will have the same look as the previous M8, in design and in size. The phone will be offered in the usual gold, silver and gray finish.

The processor will be an eight core Snapdragon 810. The Qualcomm processor will also have smoother video quality. There are rumors the new M9 will feature the Snapdragon 805, which is a quad core processor.

Audio technology will be provided by Dolby Laboratories. The new HTC will also feature a new user interface -- Sense 7.  Still, another source claims the audio will be powered by Bose Technology instead. If Bose will provide the audio technology, SRS sound enhancement can be expected.

The screen size of the upcoming Hima is rumored to be 5.2 inches with a 1080p display.  The phone will possibly feature an internal storage of 64 GB and external storage of up to 128 GB, while RAM will be at 3 GB.

It's possible the battery may be a 2,840 mAh although some suggest it could be higher. Rumors also suggest the M9 will use Cat.6 LTE technology. 

The operating system is expected to be Android 5.0 although there's a possibility a Windows operated M9 will also be released.
