Gamers who purchased the "Halo 3" and played the "Master Chief Collection" before Dec. 19 will be able to have the free Xbox Live Gold membership for a month.
"As a token of our appreciation for your continued support of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, we have applied a free one-month extension to your Xbox Live Gold membership," 343 Industries announced through a message posted on the console, website and SmartGlass app.
The message also said, "No further action is required. Game on!" No date was indicated but the extensions of subscriptions have already rolled out.
Aside from the Xbox Live one month extension, "Halo: The Master Chief" creators will also give their gamers a free "Halo 2" Relic multiplayer map and "Halo" ODST's campaigns which will be added to the player's MCC, as cited by Fudzilla. Owners of "Halo: Master Chief Collection" will also get an exclusive in-game nameplate and avatar soon.

Until now, matchmaking issues of the game are still not completely solved despite several updates was released. On the other hand, the new 1.19.15 content update for "Halo: Master Chief Collection was" made live today.
343 Industries now claims this new update will be able to address matchmaking errors on MCC. The 1.19.15 patch will reportedly augment matchmaking success rates while minimize the "Awaiting Privileges" errors.
"Halo 3" new update also offers improvements on "game-specific multiplayer's and campaign, controls, and stability."
