If we have learned even just one thing about singer-songwriter Taylor Swift, it is the fact that she changes her boyfriends more often than she changes her clothes. And the rumors that have been circulating imply that her new boyfriend and love interest is British band, 1975's Matt Healy.

However, Matt Healy himself flatly shot these rumors down last week, when he guested on Australia's 2DayFM for an interview.

When asked about his relationship status with Taylor, Healy said, "We met each other, we exchanged numbers in the same way that a lot of people in this kind of world do, and we spoke occasionally." Healy continued, "She's the biggest pop star in the world and I'm in Australia. There's no relationship or anything happening. It's just funny how people really, really buy into that."

Healy then claimed, "It really didn't happen," but teased that, "it would be amazing for me if it did."

Kidding aside, it kind of appears that Taylor does not even want a romantic relationship at the moment. Just last year, she told E! News, "It's not that I've sworn off dating as much as I'm just very protective of my happiness. I found a place in my life that feels really great and I'm not willing to compromise that for just anyone, and so, you can paraphrase that all you want into something very extreme, but they make what I say extreme no matter what I say."
