Popular Hong Kong actress, Maggie Shiu and martial arts star, Vincent Sze just announced that they have decided to end their 6-year relationship. Rumors suggest that Vincent, who is younger than Maggie by 10 years, cheated on her with another woman. Although the pair released a formal statement about their breakup, they chose to remain silent over what caused the split.

The pair first met on the set of Tactical Unit-Comrades in Arm. During this time, Vincent persistently courted Maggie and soon after moved into Maggie's home and lived together. There were even rumors that the pair got married last year. Although Maggie always denied the rumors, she is obviously happy especially when talking about Vincent.
News about their breakup comes as a surprise. Many magazines claim that Vincent cheated while Maggie was shooting a film in China. After getting into an argument, Maggie broke up with him and told him to pack his things and go to France. Vincent was reportedly hopeful that Maggie will take her back, but Maggie stood firm on her decision to end their relationship.
In response to the claims, Maggie and Vincent issued a statement saying, "We believe in fate. There is no need to think too much over the incident. Our breakup was due to personal reasons, and does not involve a financial [dispute] nor third party. We will no longer respond to any subsequent inquiries over the matter. Hopefully, our hard efforts will continue to receive everyone's support. We will always remain as friends and support each other."
