Pop legend Madonna thanked Israeli police for finding and arresting the person responsible for leaking her latest album.
Israeli police and cyber crime unit Lahav 433 successfully tracked down and arrested the alleged culprit who is believed to have hacked Madonna's personal computers and leaked her new album Rebel Heart.

Police said the suspect was also responsible for hacking the personal computers of other artists, but did not provide further details about the other victims.
Israeli media revealed that the suspect, who remains unnamed, was a former contestant in one of the country's singing contests.
"I am profoundly grateful to the FBI, the Israeli Police investigators and anyone else who helped lead to the arrest of this hacker," the pop icon posted on Facebook.
"I deeply appreciate my fans who have provided us with pertinent information and continue to do so regarding leaks of my music. Like any citizen, I have the right to privacy. This invasion into my life - creatively, professionally, and personally remains a deeply devastating and hurtful experience, as it must be for all artists who are victims of this type of crime," her online statement continued.
Tel Aviv investigator Asher Wizman, whose firm was commissioned by Madonna to look into the cyber crime, believed that the cyber attack happened in Israel.
"Our investigator found her computers, at home and at a studio, were broken into from a computer in Israel. We tracked down the computer, and the man behind it. After gathering enough evidence, we turned to the police and he was arrested today," Wizman told Reuters.
Following the leak, Madonna immediately released six tracks from her album, although she said she was actually hoping to release it on Valentine's Day.
"I would prefer my fans to hear completed versions of some of the songs instead of the incomplete tracks that are circulating. Please consider these six songs as an early Christmas gift," she said.
