Girl group TLC has exceeded their Kickstarter fundraising goal of US$150,000 and how has now gathered over US$190,000, making it very, very possible for the singing group to launch their final album.
Aside from their fans, high profile celebrities also donated cash, including Katy Perry, who is believed to have donated US$5,000, as well as New Kids on the Block.

To be specific, the group's campaign managed to earn US$190,395 but that could still get even higher because they still have 27 days left.
The group's upcoming album will be the group's first after their founding member, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes died in 2002.
T-Boz and Chili, the surviving members, can't help but thanks their fans and supporters for their help.
"Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude for our fans for all of their amazing support," their statement goes.
"We feel so blessed to know that not only do our fans love us, but they believe in us. We have received support from longtime listeners that attended our first concerts, plus new fans who have only just started listening. We were also so humbled by the outpour of support from other artists like Katy Perry, New Kids on the Block, Dev Hynes, Russell Simmons, Soulja Boy, Bette Midler and more!"
The group's success has never been heard of before on Kickstarter. In fact, the that was the most successful pop project on the crowd sourcing site.
"We want this album to have our authentic TLC SOUND and work with the best of the best," the group said.
The Grammy-winning group launched their Kickstarter campaign last week for their album, which they would use production, musicians' salary and promo tours, and other related expenses.
Premium donors will receive exclusive digital tracks, VIP concert tickets, a freebies, such as the clothes they worn on their music videos.
