Beverly Hills police have cleared Justin Bieber of any charges following a car crash in Canon Drive Tuesday. The incident came as Bieber and his crew got involved in collision as they were speeding away from paparrazis chasing the Canadian singer.
Mail Online said that the incident, reported first by TMZ, took place outside Mastro’s Steak House in Beverly Hills early afternoon on June 24. A witness who talked to the website described a black BMW SUV smashing onto the right side of Bieber’s black Cadillac Escalade.

The witness assured millions of Beliebers that their idol is safe as he was seen leaving the scene unhurt.
"Justin was only a passenger, not the driver, and he was not hurt," a source was quoted telling MailOnline, adding, "He is doing just fine."
And since the Baby singer was just a passenger and not the driver of the Escalade, authorities believe that Selena Gomez’s on-again beau is off the hook for now.
A statement released by the Beverly Hills police confirmed that Bieber will not be charged in the incident, noted Hollywood Life.
"It’s not an injury traffic accident, meaning no one was injured,” Beverly Hills police Sgt. Robert Maycott told HollywoodLife.com.
Police confirmed that an SUV and another vehicle caught traffic chaos along Canon Drive but there was no sight of Bieber.
“There was an SUV and another unknown vehicle involved. None of my officers saw Mr. Justin Bieber,” Hollywood Life added.
TMZ said in a separate report that the singer immediately got off the car and sped away in another vehicle immediately after the crash.
Witnesses told TMZ that the BMW was pulling out of the garage near Bouchon restaurant and crashed into Bieber’s Escalade. Various reports claim that the driver of the BMW “misjudged the speed of the Escalade and smashed into it.” Bieber’s Cadillac was then speeding away from a throng of paparazzis chasing him and his crew.
Though free of any legal accountability, Bieber is not new to the incident. The New York Daily News noted that the Beauty and the Beat singer was in the middle of two groups of paparazzis crashing into each other while following the singer in 2012. And in 2013, another paparazzi was hit by a car and got killed as he was attempting to snap a photo of the 20-year old pop star.
