Reports say more than one million EXO fans were logged on to the site trying to buy tickets for the event. The crash prompted YES24 to temporarily suspend the ticket sales.
"We could not help but stop the sales of the tickets for now and reschedule booking for the concert," an official of the ticketing portal said, explaining that it was a move they had to do in order to 'minimize damage' on the part of the concert goers.
YES24 said ticket sales for the four scheduled March concerts will resume on January 28 and 29.
'EXO Planet #2: The EXO'luXion' will be divided into two events. The first two nights, scheduled on March 7 and 8, will be held at the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena. The same venue will be used for the second part of the concert tour that will be held on March 14 and 15.
The second part of their concert tour will feature the ten members of the group, following the departure of two of the group's Chinese members, Lu Han and Kris. The concert is said to feature changes and adjustments since the group would have to perform with the remaining members.
SM Entertainment has also released a teaser clip for the upcoming concert, exciting fans all over the world.
Furthermore, it is expected that EXO will be releasing new material in the first half of 2015 and a teaser clip has also been released for said comeback.
